Each one is an independent character outside of ♠The Ace of Spades♠. Chris Storm was given the title ♠The Ace of Spades♠ because of his immense power when achieving his "Silver Echo" form. Evidence Sworn is another example. Her potential is so immense that unknowingly, she was marked as a "Person-of-Interest" by a Voyager. ♠The Ace of Spades♠ has also realized her potential and given her the title of ♠The Ace of Spades♠.
