Everything but the Rain is an epi-mythical paradox from a lower metalogic of nonexistence. With the coming of a dissonance world full of glorious holocaust and effulgence, Everything but the Rain appeared as the Dimensional Antithesis of the logic of a pataphysical existence. Her empathetic and gentle principles guided her will in structuring and cultivating the hierarchical planes. Soon, many-worlds became a lavender starscape; a stardust garden, and she tended to each of them ever so lovingly. As cosmic phases passed, conscious narratives flourished under a profusion of divine delicacy. However, a metaphysical apocalyptic annihilation menace known as The Black Monarch loomed over the entire cosmic hierarchy and consumed all categories of existence in its path. Everything but the Rain recognized The Black Monarch through her anti-logic awareness as it consumed the very first continuum in the plane. The blissful reverberation of life and song from that world, that so many divine souls were so used to embracing, suddenly went unspoken. No… it was unwritten… And just like that, a conceptual assortment that surpassed the logic, possibility and actuality of an absolute infinite multiplicity…. Never was…

This was just the beginning of a very long story… Everything but the Rain, resplendent in presence and aura… became a calculated emptiness. During the End of Kingbreakers event, when a massive rift tore the consuming void asunder, swarms of narrative horrors rained down upon that which was never written, plunging cosmic totalities and possibilities of various transfictional narratives into war. During the battle at the Zeroscape Connection, it was here she encountered and locked eyes with the foundation of her mystical disorder, as The Black Monarch was enthusiastically dissembling, and dividing into 0 a flawlessly never-ending Omniverse. And with that, their epic conflict began.

The powerset of Everything but the Rain is currently unknown, but she is able to stand on even ground with The Ace of Spades version of The Black Monarch, as their first battle ended in a no contest.
