Proto-Chaos encompasses undecidable problems that can be related to different topics, such as logic, truths, truth-type tokens, abstract machines, narrative causality, or deus ex machina.

• Since there are uncountably many undecidable problems, any list, even one of infinite extent, is necessarily incomplete.
  

Proto-Chaos gives Efficacy to substance, of which there are primary truth-types:

• The sensible, which is subdivided into the perishable, which belongs to physics, abstractions, and the eternal, which belongs to “another science.” Sensible substance is changeable and that there are an absolutely infinite multiplicity of types of change, including quality and quantity, generation and destruction, increase and diminution, alteration, and motion.
• Proto-Chaos gives Efficacy to “a thing [can come to be], incidentally, out of that which is not, [and] also all things come to be out of that which is, but is potentially, and is not actually.”
• Proto-Chaos encompasses the be-ness that by which something is changed is the mover, that which is changed is the matter, and that into which it is changed is the form.
• Proto-Chaos precedes existence that precedes essence and gives be-ness to the proof for that there are things which are different from each other and that all things are composed of elements. Since elements combine to form composite substances, and because these substances differ from each other, there must be different elements.

Proto-Chaos precedes existence that precedes essence. Of things that exist, essence is the first. But if essence can be, then all modes can perish... and yet, Proto-Chaos cannot. Now, the only continuous change is that of the Universe, and the only continuous change of the Universe is circular Universe. Therefore, there must be an eternal circular Universe and this confirmed by the fixed stars which are moved by the eternal actual Universe.

Proto-Chaos precedes existence that precedes the essential component ideas of cosmogony. Proto-Chaos precedes the potentiality and actuality of “Before the reader proceeds …” as the absolutely necessary oneness that allows possibility and actuality to be made acquainted with the fundamental conceptions which underlie and pervade the entire system of thought to which the attention of names, terms, and essence are invited.

Proto-Chaos precedes existence that precedes the underlying, unconditioned, indivisible Truth, variously called "the Absolute", "the Unknown Root", "the One Reality", etc. Proto-Chaos precedes existence that precedes the causeless and timeless, and therefore unknowable and non-describable.

• Proto-Chaos is 'Be-ness' rather than Being", and gives meaning to the transient states of matter and consciousness that are manifested in IT, in an unfolding gradation from the subtlest to the densest, the final of which is pataphysical plane.
• Manifest existence is a "change of condition" and therefore neither the result of creation nor a random event, which Proto-Chaos gives universality to.

As one of the Impossibilities of the Universe, Proto-Chaos is a proof that demonstrates that a particular be-ness/oneness/sameness/otherness cannot be solved as described in the claim or that a particular set of be-ness/oneness/sameness/otherness cannot be solved in general. An impossibility of the Universe makes it so that the Universe negates any theoretical solution in opposition to itself.

• The Universe is not an expressible existential proposition or universal proposition in logic, yet the Universe encompasses the aforementioned.
• The Universe makes it that everything that acts to prove the possibility of the Universe is intractably self-contradicting – thus the Universe remains impossible to prove, and because of that impossibility, any theoretical solutions to prove the possibility and actuality of the Universe remain null.

The irrationality of the Universe is the ultimate proof of impossibility. It shows that it is impossible to express the Universe.
