In her exile, The Keepsake of the Silence found herself slowly building connections despite her overwhelming aura that repelled most. Among these new connections were Alborz, a skilled voidarms master, and his granddaughter, Wynn. Alborz, with his exceptional skills in handling the scythe of her aura, earned her respect. Wynn, with her bright and innocent demeanor, gradually melted The Keepsake of the Silence's icy exterior. Wynn saw her as a sister, and though The Keepsake of the Silence warmed to her slowly, she began to care for the two deeply. This budding relationship made her contemplate sparing them from the potential genocide that might result from the Cosmolantis' plan to return to Visaskarma.

A Shattering Loss

During one of her visits to check on Alborz and Wynn, she was ambushed by bandits interested in her cloak of aura. The Keepsake of the Silence easily dispatched them, leaving them to flee in terror. However, upon her next visit, she discovered Alborz and Wynn had been kidnapped by the same bandits, who demanded her cloak of aura in exchange for their release. Enraged, she tracked the bandits down and, in a fit of fury, annihilated them. But it was too late; Alborz and Wynn were already dead. Devastated by the loss of the only people she cared for in Aesarthim, she donned her aura and unleashed a wave of emptiness, obliterating a nearby realm in her despair. This loss deepened her reliance on The Keepsake of the Glory, her last remaining hope.

A Desperate Reunion

Determined to bring The Keepsake of the Glory back into their fold, The Keepsake of the Silence traveled to Legion-God, only to be met with his refusal. He had chosen to live peacefully in Aesarthim with his family. Unwilling to accept this, The Keepsake of the Silence attacked, gaining the upper hand due to her powerful aura. Cassandra, The Keepsake of the Glory's wife, intervened, pleading for peace and revealing her awareness of everything. Enraged and desperate, The Keepsake of the Silence tried to blast The Keepsake of the Glory, but Cassandra intercepted the attack, resulting in her fatal erasure. Horrified by her actions and The Keepsake of the Glory's silent departure with his wife's voided essence, The Keepsake of the Silence was left emotionally shattered.

Frustration and a Glimmer of Hope

Back at the Magic Library, The Keepsake of the Silence lashed out in frustration, her rage consuming her. The remaining Keepsakes arrived, questioning her outburst. Before she could explain, The Keepsake of the Glory appeared, guiding them to a potential solution for their plan. He claimed that peace was an illusion and that during his time away, he had devised a conclusive plan for their return.

The Keepsake of the Silence confronted The Keepsake of the Glory, demanding to know why he had returned now. He revealed that he had gradually rekindled his anger over their circumstances. Enraged, The Keepsake of the Silence accused him of being a fake and attacked. Despite her fury and the power of her aura, she was defeated. The Keepsake of the Glory, instead of punishing her, expressed sympathy and vowed to be her ally and leader in their quest for revenge. Finding a new source of hope in his renewed leadership, The Keepsake of the Silence accepted him, reigniting her determination to achieve their ultimate goal.
