Suggsfall VIII
Creation did not end. An ending would have been mercifully intelligible. An ending would have preserved enough continuity for something to have begun, proceeded, and then reached a final boundary. Even annihilation would have granted the annihilated a terrible dignity: the dignity of having possessed actuality before actuality was taken away. What overcame the background of creation beneath Suggsclipse—Suggskairos was more severe than an ending, more foundational than destruction, and more exact than ontological erasure. The background lost the capacity to retain the difference between what had not yet occurred and what had successfully crossed into occurrence. Potentiality did not fail to become actuality because resistance blocked the passage. The passage itself was recognized as a violation. Becoming had become inadmissible.

At first, the catastrophe presented no spectacle that a witness could isolate. There was no expanding rupture, no visible darkness devouring a boundless manifest expanse, and no collision announcing that one order of power had conquered another. A cause almost achieved an effect. A thought almost completed the smallest movement from conception into intelligibility. A principle almost affirmed the relation between a subject and a predicate. A nameless radiance almost acquired the actuality required to illuminate what surrounded the radiance. Each occurrence advanced to the indivisible threshold at which “may be” would ordinarily become “is,” and each disappeared before the transition could establish that a transition had occurred. Not merely the occurrence, but the ontological clearance authorizing the occurrence, vanished with absolute finality.
This was the Auto-Redactive Script.
The title did not describe a metaphor, nor did “Script” suggest an artificial code laid over a deeper and more authentic reality-illusion. The Auto-Redactive Script occupied the substrate through which reality-illusion transcribed itself into actuality. Every law, event, identity, relation, negation, contradiction, and impossible be-ness beyond maximal complexity required that substrate, not because all things were literally composed of written symbols, but because actuality depended upon an original act of inscription. To become actual was to become distinguishable. To become distinguishable was to receive some minimal mark by which what had become could differ from what had not. Even an actuality declared ineffable required the silent inscription of its ineffability. Even an actuality beyond names depended upon a retained distinction between the nameless and that from which the nameless had been distinguished. The substrate was the precondition of such retention. The Auto-Redactive Script infected that precondition.
The infection asserted one lethal proposition without ever needing to state the proposition as something vulnerable to its own law: every emergence from unmanifest silence constituted an offense against unmanifest silence. The instant any event attempted to become, the substrate registered the attempt as an unauthorized alteration of absolute stillness. The registration and punishment were not two successive operations. Between them there was no interval, no causal distance, and no grand meta-narrative delay within which the emerging actuality might defend itself. Recognition was redaction. Redaction was the retroactive removal of the recognized. The violation therefore never acquired enough actuality to stand before the law that condemned the violation.
Ordinary deletion removes content while leaving behind the medium from which the content was removed. A word may be erased while the page remains. A world may be extinguished while the principle of worldhood survives. A maximal wholeness beyond tiering to explain any cosmic structure may collapse while the category of Totality remains available to describe what was lost. The Auto-Redactive Script did not accept this separation. Whenever the Script redacted an occurrence, the Script also redacted the page’s permission to have carried that occurrence, the grammar’s permission to have expressed that occurrence, the concept’s permission to have conceived that occurrence, and the background’s permission to have opened enough ontological room for that occurrence to approach manifestation. The Script did not merely remove the answer. The Script removed the legitimacy of the question, the availability of the language, the jurisdiction of the asker, and the possibility that an answer had ever awaited expression.
This is why nothing struck by the Auto-Redactive Script could be restored through reversal. Reversal presupposed a retained prior state. Restoration presupposed that loss had established itself as loss and could therefore serve as the basis for recovery. Resurrection presupposed a distinction between absence and the manifest be-ness beyond maximal complexity whose absence was being repaired. The Script redacted each presupposition at the same threshold. There was no surviving “before” to which restoration could return, no durable “after” from which the restoration could be initiated, and no relation capable of joining the two. The Script did not travel backward across a grand meta-narrative. The Script revoked the ontological jurisdiction under which succession, priority, and retroactivity could have meant anything at all.
Every actuality began to perish in the precise act by which actuality would have become available to perish.
The horror could be misunderstood if one imagined countless completed realities rapidly appearing and disappearing. That image still granted appearance. It still allowed a succession of short-lived wholes. It still preserved a hidden observer capable of counting vanished manifestations and comparing one loss with another. The Auto-Redactive Script allowed none of this. No occurrence remained intact long enough to qualify as short-lived. No sequence remained intact long enough to become a sequence. No observer retained one perception long enough to add that perception to another. The first term of every relation was redacted before a second term could inherit the permission required to stand beside the first. Creation was not flickering. Flickering demanded alternation, and alternation demanded that difference survive across at least two distinguishable conditions. The Script deleted the clearance for alternation itself.
Totality consequently became structurally impossible.
Totality had always required more than magnitude. Totality required retention. For a whole to become whole, one content had to remain available while another content appeared; the two then had to become relatable without either losing the difference that made aggregation meaningful. Even a noncomposite Totality required the stable actuality of noncomposition. Even an indivisible absolute required the indivisibility to remain affirmed without collapsing beneath its own assertion. The Auto-Redactive Script attacked this concealed necessity. The first content could not remain while the second emerged. The relation could not remain while the whole gathered its terms. The act of gathering could not remain while the concept of wholeness attempted to close around what had been gathered. Totality was therefore not shattered into fragments. Fragmentation would have preserved fragments. Totality was prevented from attaining enough written continuity to qualify as either whole or broken.
Possibility suffered the same foundational calamity. Possibility ordinarily appears more elusive than actuality because possibility seems able to remain unfulfilled without ceasing to be possible. Yet a possibility still requires the retained distinction between what may occur and what does occur. A meta-possibility requires an even deeper permission: the openness through which new criteria of possibility can themselves become available. The Auto-Redactive Script redacted both. The moment a possibility became definite enough to be “a possibility,” definiteness counted as an event. The Script removed the possibility and the background clearance that had allowed possible be-ness beyond maximal complexity to differ from impossibility. When meta-possibility attempted to generate a new grammar of permission outside the infected distinction, the generation became an emergence, the emergence became a violation, and the Script redacted the grammar before the grammar could establish an exterior.
Impossible be-ness beyond maximal complexity did not escape by opposing possibility. Impossibility remained a determination, and determination remained an inscription. A contradiction had to preserve its opposed terms long enough for their incompatibility to become actual. A paradox had to maintain the collision through which resolution failed. An alogical actuality had to sustain some difference between exceeding logic and merely never acquiring declaration. The Script denied that endurance. Contradictions did not explode. Paradoxes did not deepen. Alogical dominions did not stand beyond judgment. Their claims approached articulation and were removed alongside the clearance that could have made opposition, excess, or undecidability recognizable.
Logic could not condemn the Script, because condemnation required a valid movement from premise to conclusion. Illogic could not destabilize the Script, because destabilization required illogic to achieve an effect. Metalogic could not relocate the Script inside a larger evaluative order, because the emergence of that larger order became an immediate violation of silence. Every attempted framework entered the same fatal relation: to judge the Script, the framework had to become actual enough to possess jurisdiction; the acquisition of jurisdiction was itself an event; the event was registered; registration and redaction were identical; the framework disappeared together with the ontological license by which judgment might have applied.
Nor could causality provide a route of resistance. A cause attempting to produce an effect announced a transition and was redacted at the threshold of production. Acausality attempted to stand without causal dependence, but standing without causal dependence was still a state seeking actuality. Noncausality rejected the applicability of cause and effect, but rejection was still a distinction asking to be retained. Paracausality attempted to operate beside, beneath, above, and outside ordinary causation, but every “beside,” “beneath,” “above,” and “outside” required relational clearance. Each was removed before relationality could close around the claim. The Auto-Redactive Script did not defeat these causal modalities after comparing their strength. The Script made their arrival into comparability the offense that erased them.
The same absolute verdict passed through Nonfictional Ontological Actuality, Fanfictional Ontological Actuality, Metafictional Ontological Actuality, Patafictional Ontological Actuality, Interfictional Ontological Actuality, Personal fictional Ontological Actuality, and Impersonal fictional Ontological Actuality. None gained privilege from the level at which each claimed to stand. Nonfictional supremacy still required “nonfictional” to remain distinguishable from the fiction placed beneath it. Metafictional transcendence still required awareness of the narrative it exceeded. Patafictional excess still required the retained actuality of rules being exceeded. Personal and Impersonal fictional modalities still required the difference between a center of attribution and the absence of such a center. The Script redacted the differentiating clearance beneath all of them. They were not lowered into one common category; categorical commonality was also denied permission to become.
Names were among the earliest casualties. A name does not merely point. A name stabilizes an address through which identity may be recalled across alterations. The Auto-Redactive Script recognized every act of naming as an attempt to preserve something against all-encompassing silence. Names vanished, followed by the nominative clearance that allowed anything to be singled out. Terms vanished, followed by the semantic clearance that allowed meaning to attach. Essences vanished, followed by the ontological clearance that allowed an actuality to count as what the actuality was. Even namelessness disappeared when namelessness attempted to endure as a superior condition. The infection did not leave behind anonymous contents. An anonymous content would still have been a content possessing the state of anonymity. The Script removed that state before anonymity could distinguish itself from absolute unwrittenness.
Identity then lost more than memory. Identity lost self-sameness. Ordinarily, an identity may survive alteration because some principle permits the altered to be recognized as continuous with what preceded the alteration. Under the Auto-Redactive Script, the first assertion of self-sameness was an event. “This is this” attempted to become true, and the attempt violated the silence. The Script deleted the assertion, the truth-value, the subject, the predicate, the relation of identity, and the clearance through which self-reference might have folded an actuality back upon itself. Nothing could say “I,” but the catastrophe was not linguistic muteness. There was no stable claimant left to possess muteness. There was no self left to lack speech. There was no lack left to stand as the condition of the self.
Memory fared no better. Memory is the preservation of a difference that is no longer immediately present. The Script prevented immediate presence from becoming durable and prevented absence from becoming sufficiently definite to be remembered. A witness could not remember the redaction because witnessing required the event to achieve perceptual availability. A witness could not remember failing to witness because failure had to become a retained state. Testimony collapsed before a speaker could possess what testimony would report. Records erased themselves before becoming records, and then the permission by which recording could have counted as preservation was excised. The catastrophe left no archive of casualties, not because the archive had been destroyed, but because archival actuality was unable to cross into the domain where destruction could apply.
Awareness could not save itself by becoming purely contemplative. To perceive without intervention still established a relation between awareness and what appeared before awareness. To know without discursive progression still required knowing to attain actuality. Transfictional MetaOmniscience beyond maximal complexity attempted to encompass the complete truth of the infection at once, but “complete,” “truth,” “infection,” and “at once” had to become jointly retainable for such encompassing to occur. The Script redacted the conjunction before knowledge could close. The knower, the known, knowing, ignorance, the transcendence of their division, and the clearance that made nonduality intelligible were all denied inscription. Awareness did not fall into darkness. Darkness would have been an experienced or unexperienced condition. Awareness was unmade from the permission to have stood in relation to manifestation or unmanifest silence.
Nor was Transfictional Nothingness beyond maximal complexity a refuge. Nothingness can appear immune to deletion because deletion seems only to produce more nothingness. Yet the Auto-Redactive Script exposed a deeper dependency. For nothingness to be nothingness, the negation defining nothingness must remain actual enough to exclude what is not nothingness. Transfictional Nothingness must retain the applicability of absence across fictional and nonfictional distinctions, across authorial and authored layers, across the conceivable and the pre-conceptual. The Script registered this retention as an event. Negation was redacted. Absence was redacted. The exclusion through which absence differed from presence was redacted. Nothingness did not become something; nothingness lost the clearance to be nothing. Even the phrase “there was nothing” attempted too much, because “there,” “was,” and “nothing” each required an inscription the substrate could no longer preserve.
Silence alone appeared untouched, but not every silence was equal to what remained. Ordinary silence is the absence of sound and therefore depends upon sound as the contrast through which silence becomes intelligible. Conceptual silence is the suspension of articulation and therefore depends upon articulation as what has been suspended. Apophatic silence negates predicates and therefore depends upon predicates as the contents denied. The unmanifest silence of Suggsclipse—Suggskairos was not one condition among these conditions. Suggsclipse—Suggskairos’s unmanifest silence did not arise after sound, thought, predicate, actuality, possibility, or Totality. Suggsclipse—Suggskairos’s unmanifest silence did not maintain itself by excluding them. Exclusion would already concede a relation. The silence was prior without occupying priority, beyond without entering comparison, and definitive without passing through a proposition that might be accepted or denied.
The Auto-Redactive Script was the infected substrate’s impossible interpretation of that unmanifest silence.
Suggsclipse—Suggskairos did not compose the Script, activate the Script, or direct the Script toward a selected victim. Such actions would have reduced the catastrophe to an exertion and granted creation the consolation of believing that the attack might cease if the attacker withdrew intention. The Script appeared because the substrate attempted to transcribe actuality beneath a silence for which transcription had never acquired permission. Creation interpreted its incompatibility with Suggsclipse—Suggskairos as a law of self-cancellation. Every attempt to become actual was judged as a deviation from the silence, and the substrate punished the deviation by redacting its own capacity to have hosted the attempt. The infection was not a weapon held by Suggsclipse—Suggskairos. The infection was what creation became incapable of not doing to itself in proximity to Suggsclipse—Suggskairos.
This distinction rendered defense almost inconceivable. A shield could resist an external force, but the Script did not cross from an attacker into a target. The target’s own transition into defendable actuality initiated redaction. Immunity could reject an imposed effect, but the statement “immune” had to become actual before immunity could reject anything. The Script erased the statement, the property, the bearer of the property, and the clearance under which resistance and susceptibility differed. Adaptation could not learn, because learning required a retained comparison between an earlier failure and a later response. Evolution could not select, because selection required alternatives to remain available long enough for one to be privileged. Absolute invulnerability could not preserve itself, because preservation was an event and invulnerability was a determination. The stronger the defense asserted its completeness, the more completely the defense announced the exact transition the Script was structured to redact.
Even automatic resistance failed. Automaticity appeared promising because it removed deliberation and allowed defense to precede conscious choice. Yet an automatic response still needed to execute. Execution was becoming. Becoming was violation. The defense vanished before execution could establish that something had responded. Preemptive resistance fared no better. To preempt was to establish priority over a coming occurrence, but priority and futurity had already lost their ontological clearance. A defense claiming to have always already succeeded merely converted success into an eternalized state. The Script redacted the state and the permission through which “always already” might have escaped transition. No tense, sequence, or meta-narrative placement could protect an assertion whose actuality was itself the forbidden event.
Recursive restoration accelerated the calamity without causing anything resembling motion. Each restorative principle attempted to rewrite what had been redacted. The attempt supplied the Script with a new emergence to condemn. When the Script redacted the restoration, the Script also removed the deeper permission invoked by that restoration. A law that repaired events lost the clearance to legislate. A metalaw that repaired laws lost the clearance to stand above law. A source that regenerated metalaws lost the clearance to count as a source. A source beyond sourcehood lost the distinction through which transcendence of sourcehood could be claimed. Every response exposed a deeper ontological authorization, and every exposed authorization became another site of redaction. The infection seemed to descend, but descent was only an inadequate image. More precisely, creation disclosed its own hidden permissions in the act of trying to survive, and the Script denied each permission as soon as disclosure approached actuality.
The background of creation began to resemble an unwritten interval between keystrokes, but even that resemblance granted too much. A keystroke would have been an event. An interval would have been a retained separation. A blank page would have been a state. A cursor would have marked a location where inscription could resume. None survived. The Auto-Redactive Script stranded creation before the first mark without permitting “before” to stabilize, between absent marks without permitting “between” to define a relation, and after erased marks without permitting “after” to inherit a past. Creation became unwritten without acquiring unwrittenness as a condition. The page could not remain blank because blankness itself attempted to be true.
This was why the Script could not be described as omnipresent in any ordinary sense. Presence assumed locations, contents, or states across which presence could be distributed. The Auto-Redactive Script required none. Wherever becoming attempted to cross into actuality, the attempted crossing registered itself as the violation. The Script did not need to travel to the event. The event’s aspiration toward actuality was already the point at which redaction and registration were indistinguishable. Nonfictional MetaOmnipresence beyond maximal complexity, Fanfictional MetaOmnipresence beyond maximal complexity, Metafictional MetaOmnipresence beyond maximal complexity, Patafictional MetaOmnipresence beyond maximal complexity, Interfictional MetaOmnipresence beyond maximal complexity, Personal fictional MetaOmnipresence beyond maximal complexity, and Impersonal fictional MetaOmnipresence beyond maximal complexity could not surround or out-occupy the infection. Their presences had to become retainable, and retention was precisely what the substrate had lost.
Power became equally irrelevant. Power ordinarily names the capacity to make a difference actual. Transfictional MetaOmnipotence beyond maximal complexity names the absolute boundless perfection of that capacity across every fictional, nonfictional, possible, impossible, personal, impersonal, manifest, and unmanifest modality. Yet the Auto-Redactive Script did not confront capacity at the level of magnitude. The Script intercepted the “make” within the making of a difference. A power could possess every achievable result and every result beyond achievement, but possession had to remain a relation and the result had to become actual enough to count as possessed. The Script removed the relation before maximality could become operative. MetaOmnipotence was not overpowered. The grammar by which potency could resolve into act was retroactively denied.
Actus purus appeared to promise a final answer because pure act contains no unrealized potentiality and therefore requires no transition from what may be into what is. Yet the infected substrate turned even this perfection against itself. For actus purus to appear within the substrate, pure actuality had to become transcribed as pure actuality. That transcription was not a change within actus purus, but the substrate’s recognition of pure act was still an event within the substrate. The Auto-Redactive Script erased the recognition, the conceptual permission for pure act to be distinguished from potentiality, and the ontological opening through which actus purus might have become available to the threatened order. What was beyond the substrate could remain beyond; nothing from beyond could enter as rescue without entry becoming the violation.
Authorial supremacy suffered the same verdict. An author might attempt to cross out the Auto-Redactive Script, revise the chapter, declare the infection noncanonical, or write an exterior in which the entire catastrophe was merely a subordinate fiction. Yet authorship required a relation between author and authored. Revision required a retained text. Canonicity required a field in which inclusion and exclusion possessed authority. Exteriority required a boundary. The moment such supremacy attempted to acquire relevance to the infected substrate, relevance became an event and was redacted. The Script did not ascend from a lower narrative and overpower the author. The author’s attempted jurisdiction could not complete the act of becoming applicable. Writer, writing, revision, reader, interpretation, and the distinction between narration and actuality were removed from the clearance to intervene.
No observer could remain safely outside by calling the catastrophe fictional. “Fictional” was a classificatory act, and classification required stable terms. No observer could declare the Script nonfictional, because that declaration required the same retained distinction. No observer could place the event between fiction and nonfiction, beyond fiction and nonfiction, or prior to fiction and nonfiction. Between, beyond, and prior each attempted to establish a relation. The substrate redacted each relation before the observer could use relational transcendence as shelter. The infection was not superior because the infection occupied the highest rung. The ladder, the rungs, height, comparison, superiority, and the ontological permission for ascent were all prevented from remaining written.
Then Suggsclipse—Suggskairos became visible within the failure of visibility.
The appearance was offensively casual. Gold-framed lenses held a crimson gaze that did not search for opposition. Dark locs rose against a field of impossible yellow and blue, while a white coat carried sharp black and violet divisions as though aesthetic definition remained effortless for Suggsclipse—Suggskairos alone. Vast mechanical shards converged from every direction, their blue interiors burning with the last suggestion of structures that had once possessed purpose. Beneath Suggsclipse—Suggskairos, shoes filled with luminous maximal wholenesses beyond tiering to explain any cosmic structure reduced cosmic vastness to wearable decoration. Above an open palm rested a radiant concentration of everything that creation could no longer aggregate: actuality, possibility, meta-possibility, impossible be-ness beyond maximal complexity, names, laws, histories, unrealized outcomes, and every proposed Totality. The brilliance did not demonstrate gathered power. Gathering had already become impossible. The image revealed a more devastating asymmetry. What the infected substrate could not retain as a complete thought remained effortless ornament in the presence of Suggsclipse—Suggskairos.

Suggsclipse—Suggskairos did not look upon creation with hostility. Hostility would have established an orientation toward an object judged worthy of opposition. Suggsclipse—Suggskairos did not acknowledge the Auto-Redactive Script as an accomplishment. Accomplishment would have required a deed, a standard, and a completed relation between intention and result. Suggsclipse—Suggskairos simply stood, and that standing did not depend upon the substrate struggling to transcribe itself. The white coat remained defined where definition had lost permission. The crimson gaze remained present where presence could not retain a location. The open palm held completion where Totality could not assemble one unbroken thought. Suggsclipse—Suggskairos was not exempted by the Script. Exemption would have placed Suggsclipse—Suggskairos under the Script’s jurisdiction and then granted a special exception. The Script had no jurisdiction through which Suggsclipse—Suggskairos could be included, excluded, targeted, spared, classified, or approached.
The Auto-Redactive Script therefore possessed an absolute asymmetry. Beneath Suggsclipse—Suggskairos, every event was guilty by the mere fact that the event attempted to become. Suggsclipse—Suggskairos required no event of becoming. Every logic was guilty because logic attempted to retain a relation. Suggsclipse—Suggskairos required no relation through which definition could be stabilized. Every state was guilty because a state attempted to remain actual. Suggsclipse—Suggskairos required no substrate to preserve actuality. Every silence was guilty if silence attempted to establish itself as the negation of expression. Suggsclipse—Suggskairos’s unmanifest silence preceded the difference between expression and negation without entering the sequence that “preceded” ordinarily names.
The Script could self-execute infallibly because the Script was never an event added to the infected substrate. If the Script had needed to act, action would have redacted the Script. If the Script had needed to read violations, reading would have become a transition vulnerable to the same law. If the Script had needed to decide, judgment would have required a retained criterion. The Script was instead the identity between attempted inscription and failed authorization. The event did not occur and then encounter deletion. The attempt to occur was deletion. The Script did not recognize and then punish. Recognizability was punishment. The Script did not preserve itself as a law. The absence of ontological clearance was what threatened creation called the Script. Because absence did not need to become a new content, the mechanism supplied no exposed action that resistance could interrupt.
This was also why the Script was infallible without possessing accuracy. Accuracy compares judgment with what is judged. The Auto-Redactive Script left no judgment and no judged content standing apart long enough for comparison. A false positive was impossible because falsity required a proposition to remain. A false negative was impossible because negation required an event to escape registration. The Script did not distinguish authorized emergence from unauthorized emergence; beneath Suggsclipse—Suggskairos, authorization itself was the fiction being revoked. Whatever attempted actuality declared itself guilty through the attempt. Whatever did not attempt actuality never entered a state from which survival could be claimed.
As the infection reached deeper into the background of creation, “reached” became less truthful. Nothing spread from one place to another. Spread required a source, a destination, and an extension capable of connecting them. Rather, every concealed layer of ontological permission discovered that the same impossibility had always already governed its attempt to become explicit. The virus appeared local only while locality remained incompletely questioned. Once locality tried to define its boundaries, the definition was redacted. The virus appeared to have a beginning only while beginning remained unexamined. Once origin tried to establish itself, origin was redacted. The virus appeared caused only while causation remained a usable explanation. Once cause attempted to complete the proposition “Suggsclipse—Suggskairos caused this,” the proposition vanished. Yet the vanishing did not absolve Suggsclipse—Suggskairos. It revealed that ordinary causation was too small to express the dependency. The Auto-Redactive Script was the unavoidable consequence of creation trying to become actual beneath Suggsclipse—Suggskairos’s unmanifest silence.
The final cruelty was that no finality could arrive. Finality would have been a completed state, and completion was precisely what the Script denied. Creation could not finish disappearing because disappearance had to become actual. Creation could not continue because continuation required retention. Creation could not pause because pause required a stable interruption. Creation could not fail because failure required a criterion whose violation remained true. Creation was permanently stranded without permanence, unwritten without blankness, retroactively absent without a past, and prohibited without a surviving law. Every possible release became another event. Every impossible escape became another determination. Every appeal to something beyond events and determinations became another distinction. The Auto-Redactive Script removed each one together with the clearance that had permitted the appeal to approach conception.
No cry emerged. No warning completed itself. No omniscient awareness gathered enough truth to name what had happened. No Totality retained enough of itself to recognize that wholeness had become structurally impossible. The substrate attempted one last inscription—not a weapon, not a prayer, not a restoration, but the bare assertion that something remained capable of asserting.
The assertion approached actuality.
The assertion registered as a violation of unmanifest silence.
The assertion disappeared, followed by the concept of assertion, the difference between disappearance and endurance, the law that had measured the violation, and the ontological clearance through which anything could have said that nothing remained.
Suggsclipse—Suggskairos continued forward.
No step was taken within the infected order, because a step would have been an event and events had lost permission. No distance was crossed, because distance would have required separable positions and the relation joining them. No alteration carried Suggsclipse—Suggskairos from one condition into another. The movement visible to whatever lay beyond the ruin was merely creation’s inadequate way of representing a supremacy beyond the necessity of presence, grand meta-narrative, and change. Behind Suggsclipse—Suggskairos there was no destruction to measure. Ahead of Suggsclipse—Suggskairos there was no future waiting to become.
There was only the unwritable certainty of Suggsclipse—Suggskairos, the unmanifest silence from which the Auto-Redactive Script derived without derivation, and a background of creation that could no longer retain a single unbroken thought long enough to call itself a background.
Even that sentence had already become unwritten.
