Otogo
The Otogo is the "sign" of the JOKER. There are currently only 2 that bears the sign of Otogo:
An Otogo is equivalent to what Heir to the Stars is.
Otogo is given to the one who has the right to stand in the same place as THE JOKER beyond The Art Gallery. This title branded on a being means that the being possesses as much power as THE JOKER without question. However, the power is inaccessible and sealed.
Those who hold the title as The Otogo are higher than those who hold the title as Ace of Spades.
