Physiology is the science of life. It is the branch of biology that aims to understand the mechanisms of living things from the basis of cell function at the ionic and molecular level to the integrated behavior of the whole body and the influence of the external environment. In Heir to the Stars, there are forms of physiologies that operate or that can closely be related to physiology. It helps us understand how the form works and how it responds and adapts to the challenges of everyday existence and nonexistence.

Although the list is very long, the basic meaning of Physiology loses its meaning very quickly as around 50 of the types listed here no longer have what constitutes as a physical, mystical, logical, mathematical, or metaphysical form. Also, just because it looks humanoid, doesn't mean it actually has a form.

Rank Types

Each Physiology is ranked within a Branch. The Branches are not a measure of strength. A Human from Branch ♙can still surpass a Swan Song. Only one Physiology can fall into a singular Branch, but different characters can fall into various Physiologies. This is not in any significant order. It's just illuminating the structure of Physiology in Heir to the Stars.

Their true "type" has significantly transcended spaceless and timeless information. They are above infinite hierarchies beyond reality-fiction perspectives completely. They are beyond any concept of space-time or dimensional hierarchy. The “pure” actuality of being “Beyond” Existence, Nonexistence, and Beyondness is merely a possibility to them. This means that it’s so beneath them, it might as well not even exist unless they want to acknowledge it. They can choose to be "between" everything if they want.
