Suggscript of Suggsward

In the vast expanse of the cosmos, aboard their celestial vessel known as the skysworn, a message is heard from a young maiden named Izana, encased in a mystical substance known as Voidcryst, who sends a dire warning to Idaten and Benten. She speaks of the impending fracture of the Lynxslash Voidcryst, a powerful artifact of unknown origin. Despite the gravity of her words, they cannot simply ignore her plea. Thus, Idaten and Benten venture into the sacred confines of the Lynxslash Sacrarium, where they encounter a man shrouded in arcane energy, lost in contemplation before the Voidcryst. Despite their best efforts to dissuade him, the man shatters the Voidcryst and departs without a word. Izana reemerges, bestowing upon the two the Queen of Gardens❦ before teleporting them to safety. Upon their return to the outside world, they find their skysworn in ruins, their crew slain by the enigmatic man.

In the face of such calamity, they resolve to report the incident to the Red Monarch, the ruler of their realm. However, upon their arrival at the Crimson Citadel, they find it under siege and on the brink of collapse. They manage to rescue the Red Monarch and confront the mystical man, who reveals himself as the “Gospel of Vicissitude,” a member of the enigmatic organization known as the Principia of Lionhardt. Before his departure, he launches an attack on them, but Izana intervenes, her Voidcryst shell shattering in the process. Filled with determination, Idaten vows to prevent the Principia from destroying the remaining Voidcrysts, and Benten pledges his unwavering support. At the bustling Seaport Neonidas, Izana, now suffering from amnesia, requests to join their squad, to which Idaten readily agrees.

The newly formed trio embarks on a journey to Fyarlsea, from where they trail Gospel of Vicissitude to the mystical Indira Realm. Despite their best efforts, Gospel of Vicissitude easily overpowers them and claims the Crown of Lionhardt. Undeterred by their defeat, the trio hires a skysworn at the bustling port of Anyanka before setting course for Dizilon. There, they encounter a young woman named Winifred, whom they escort to the eerie Graveyard of Mu so she can pay her respects to her late mother. At the graveyard, they cross paths with Professor Manjet, a researcher implicated in the void plague ravaging Anyanka and an ally of the Principia, who is responsible for the death of Winifred’s mother. However, he manages to elude capture. After escorting Winifred back to Anyanka Seaport, they bid her a heartfelt farewell.

Their journey takes a perilous turn when their skysworn is attacked by the formidable Shah Jahan, resulting in the trio washing up on the shores of Zausoleum’s Seaside. They venture into the bustling city of Rahimgia to request a skysworn from the renowned engineer Dakini, but she refuses to involve the military. Instead, she guides them to the Hawkwing Sacrarium. Along the way, they discover her brother Pryce working on the Neversinn skysworn for the Principia, prompting Dakini to join their cause. At the Hawkwing Sacrarium, they confront and defeat the Gospel of Scourge, who, despite his defeat, manages to destroy the Hawkwing Voidcryst. Now fully committed to the trio’s cause, Dakini assists them in procuring a skysworn to journey to the mystical realm of Umana.

In the heart of their journey, the group encounters a woman named Natasha, who is in desperate search of her sister, Dewloria. They decide to lend their aid, escorting the two siblings to the lush and vibrant Emeral Bayou. However, their arrival is met with chaos and destruction, as the Gospel of Holocaust has inflicted grave injuries upon Shah Jahan and polluted the once pristine ocean, thereby endangering the peaceful Amdusc Nation. Dewloria, with her calming aura, manages to pacify the enraged Shah Jahan and descends to the ocean’s depths to purify its waters and heal the Cartesian, a mystical creature residing within.

The following day, the capital city is flooded by the Gospel of Holocaust. As the group confronts her, a powerful entity known as Izanagi awakens from within Izana, causing the Gospel of Holocaust to retreat in fear. Undeterred, the group pursues her aboard the skysworn ship, the Daidara, and manages to best her in a fierce battle. In the aftermath, the Gospel of Holocaust drops the Crown of Lionhardt. Idaten, seizing the opportunity, grabs it, but in doing so, his dormant suggs is forcibly reawakened, prompting the Gospel of Holocaust to flee once again.

In the mystical land of Ixchel, Idaten’s condition worsens, and Izana urges him to accept his suggs, warning him that denial could lead to his demise. After a night of rest, they journey to the Bearsmaw Sacrarium with the hope of restoring the Amdusc Nation. Natasha’s brother, Dewloren, wishing to prove his worth, uses his powers to amplify the Bearsmaw Voidcryst’s power. However, the Gospel of Holocaust appears, fatally injuring him and shattering the crystal. In Dewloren’s final moments, Izanagi uses the remaining power of the Voidcryst, along with the Crown of Lionhardt, to save Idaten and the Amdusc Nation before reverting back to Izana. They return to the Amdusc Nation and inform Sherida of Dewloren’s passing. In a touching moment, Idaten summons Dewloren’s Plato’s Shadow, allowing them to see each other one last time. Moved by their camaraderie, Natasha decides to join the group.

Venturing into imperial territory, they meet the insurgent leader Vrash and agree to aid him in sabotaging the Quaeritis Empire’s war efforts. However, they find themselves opposed by the Gospel of Calamity at the Snakestongue Sacrarium. In the ensuing confrontation, Benten is injured while trying to protect Idaten. Benten, in a show of bravado, challenges Idaten to a duel to determine who is stronger. However, he collapses mid-duel, surviving only due to the intervention of Gospel of Vicissitude, who wishes to fight him now that he has awakened his suggslogic. Despite the odds, Idaten’s group triumphs over the two Principias, but they are betrayed by Vrash, who shatters the Snakestongue Voidcryst to undermine the empire’s power.

The group follows Vrash to the Underground Quaeritis, where they are imprisoned for attempting to rescue High Priest Felgrand. However, they manage to escape with the aid of Varis and confront Coelas, High Monarch Diabell, and Pryce. High Monarch Diabell fades away, and Dakini manages to snap her brother out of his brainwashing. He assists them in boarding the Neversinn with the Excelion skysworn. Inside, they encounter the Gospel of Scourge, who kills Coelas for attempting to steal the skysworn and teleports Idaten and the group out. After a meeting with the newly appointed High Monarch Felgrand and Pryce, Vrash joins the group to atone for his misdeeds. As they contemplate their next move, Ahezcia presents herself and offers information on the Principia of Lionhardt, but only if they pass a test: to escort her to the mystical realm of Zerato.

As their journey continued, the group successfully escorted Ahezcia to the grand capital of Zerato. However, before she can unravel the mysteries they seek, they are confronted by two formidable adversaries, the Gospel of Ruination and the Gospel of Cataclysm. Their mission is to safeguard the Wolfseye Voidcryst, a powerful artifact of immense importance. Despite their valiant efforts, they are overpowered, and the Gospel of Cataclysm forcefully awakens the dormant entity Izanagi within Izana, initiating a process that slowly begins to erase her existence. In a desperate attempt to save them, Ahezcia teleports the group to safety, but not before the Principia manages to destroy the Voidcryst.

In an effort to understand the events unfolding around them, the group turns to a tome from the Suggsverse Akashic Records. This ancient text allows them to delve into Izana’s memories, revealing a civil war between two mighty factions, Titanomakhia and Ishzark, in a realm known as Lionhardt. Their journey through the past is momentarily interrupted by the Gospel of Ruination, who reveals a shocking truth - the Gospel of Vicissitude was once Idaten’s father, Fleurdelis. They manage to save Izana, but find that she has split into two separate entities. After a fierce battle, they defeat the Principia of Lionhardt, only for the Gospel of Vicissitude to appear and teleport them away. Despite the revelation about his father, Idaten makes a solemn vow to defeat him, even if it means confronting the arcane magic that now embodies his father.

Their journey leads them to Alba Zoa, where they uncover the true motives behind the actions of the Principia of Lionhardt. The Principia seek vengeance against Titanomakhia by undoing the seal upon the world of Ecclesia, intending to return it to Lionhardt, a move that could potentially lead to Ecclesia’s destruction. With the assistance of Doma and Osodon, they make their way to the Elkhorn Sacrarium, the last bastion of the Voidcrysts. To their surprise, they find Nethersoul also seeking to destroy the Elkhorn Voidcryst, prompting the Gospel of Ruination to challenge him to a duel. Despite her efforts, she is defeated and asks Ahezcia and then Idaten to end her existence. When Idaten refuses, she reveals that she was the one who killed Nudyarl. However, Idaten, standing firm on his principles, refuses again. He leaves to battle Nethersoul, whom they ultimately defeat with the Gospel of Ruination’s help before she retreats, leaving them to ponder their next move in this intricate dance of power and destiny.

The Gospel of Eschaton, a formidable entity, casts the innocent citizens of the neighboring realm, Dragonpulse, into the unfathomable depths of the void. However, he proposes a deal: he will release the people if Idaten’s team can defeat him in combat. The Gospel of Eschaton declares his intention to fight the strongest among their ranks, a title to be determined through battle. Idaten emerges victorious against Ahezcia and Izanagi, but falls to Benten. Recognizing that this was not Benten’s true desire, Idaten finally accepts his latent power and claims victory.

The Gospel of Eschaton then challenges the group to a battle beside the Elkhorn Voidcryst. He is defeated just as the Principia arrive. They extend an invitation to the Gospel of Eschaton to rejoin their ranks, but he refuses, revealing his true identity: he is Fleurdelis. The two groups engage in a fierce battle until the Sacrarium, the sacred ground they stand on, begins to collapse due to the instability of the quantum gate. In the midst of the chaos, Fleurdelis has Ahezcia teleport the party to Draconia, where they confront the Principia one by one. The Gospels of Cataclysm, Scourge, and Calamity fall in battle, driven by Natasha’s desire for revenge against the Gospel of Holocaust. Despite Idaten’s pleas, Natasha is determined to exact her revenge. Ultimately, she allows the Gospel of Holocaust to exist so that she may atone for her sins. The party then catches up with Fleurdelis and, together, they convince the Gospel of Vicissitude, revealed to be a Plato’s shadow of Fleurdelis, and the Gospel of Ruination not to destroy the Voidcryst.

Just as the party begins to rejoice, the powerful Grand Monarch Aklys and his divine lion companion destroy the Voidcryst and erase the Gospel of Vicissitude. The party then embarks on a daunting climb up the Mystletainn realm, a tower that towers above all towers, in order to stop Aklys and close the beyond-dimensional reality gate. Fleurdelis shows Idaten and Benten a memory of Nudyarl, a poignant moment that strengthens their resolve. The Gospels of Holocaust and Ruination join their efforts, thanks to Natasha’s intervention. The two remaining Principia keep the divine lion occupied, while Idaten and the others catch up with Aklys. When Aklys erects a barrier, the group realizes that Izana is on the brink of disappearing into the void beyond. In a selfless act, Izanagi sacrifices herself and becomes the Lynxslash Voidcryst, sealing the realms once again and allowing Izana to continue existing.

Izana dispels the barrier that Aklys created, and the party makes it to the summit, where they defeat him in a battle that can only be described as a grand spectacle. Aklys summons the chaos darker than black, which creates the Primus Mu Stillness. The group traverses the stillness, puts the divine lion to rest, and, at the bottom of the stillness, defeats Aklys, who declares his hatred of Idaten and disappears. Supported by the will of those they met during their journey, with the help of Pryce on the Neversinn, Idaten, and the others defeat the Primus Mu Stillness itself. They close the gate of the void beyond and Idaten, leaving a Voidcryst on the ship’s deck, helps his father by fully awakening to Titanomakhia’s power. They negate the chaos pouring out of the gate and it collapses back in on itself. At the last moment, Aklys returns to re-open the gate. Idaten stops him, and, during their clash, they both disappear, leaving only Idaten’s Sniper Rifle on the deck of the skysworn.
