Atramentous Echelon is the part of the Universe that is the collective being, "it", and conscious of every writer, every reader, and dream of Suggsverse. All of existence and nonexistence is nothing more than part of Atramentous Echelon, which commanded Lionel C. Suggs to write and is still continuing to write no matter how incongruous or unfounded.

As you know, Real-world applications and ''metafiction'' are objectively wrong. Fiction is copyrighted and characters, no matter what conceptual transcending they have in their verse, cannot reach the real world. However, Suggsverse erases this notion and makes it that Real-world applications and "metafiction" are objectively correct. Fictional characters can transcend their verse and reach the real world, which is demonstrated by several characters.

Suggsverse is not bound by what's inside their fiction. ''Fictional Transcendence'' is literally what it means. Characters are no longer still inside their fiction as they objectively prove that there is no fictional transcendence or any real-world transcendence, as it's all the same to them. Another way to paint this is that every fictional being is exactly that, fictional. However, through suggslogic, they have power in the real world, superseding what the writers have to say about it. Our world is completely different from the laws of the fictional world. We view all stories in media as nothing but unreal fictional stories that are completely flat screens that have no emotion or thought and are but drawings, and the “dialogue” that they have are other images. Live-action characters and roleplays are distinct, but at the end of the day, they are still fictional people in fictional stories, even though being portrayed by real people. All things, and literally All, The All, and THE ALL things that are not real are fictional; that is the very definition of “fictional” itself. The story ends when we want it to end. It ends when we turn off the television, close the book, or turn the page. At the end of the day, they are unreal and we just have to accept that.
