Because concepts are completely irrelevant, and meanings of victory and defeat do not exist, whenever a character Fells another character, they are effectively beyond the necessity of surpassing said character or Tier.

The Universe houses the concepts of victory and defeat. It houses the meaning behind victory and defeat. And characters that "Fell" other characters simply step beyond the necessity of needing to defeat them or surpass them in any meaningful sense. Their tier (sort of speak) and their limits of power are simply irrelevant.

• Victory in attachment to Names, Terms, and Essence - and in essence that is unknowable is irrelevant outside of the Universe.

• Defeat in attachment to Names, Terms, and Essence - and in essence that is unknowable is irrelevant outside of the Universe.

Fell supersedes all notions of victory and defeat in relation to Existence and Nonexistence and that all concepts and ideas of victory and defeat that are ultimately unreality. Notions such as unspeakable victory and unspeakable defeat, victory beyond infinity, defeat beyond infinity, etc. are all absolutely irrelevant. Even unfathomable victory and unfathomable defeat is an infinitesimal illusion. Distinctions like incalculable victory and defeat, measureless victory and defeat, boundless victory and defeat, incomparable victory and defeat, innumerable victory and defeat, unaccountable victory and defeat, unthinkable victory and defeat, immeasurable victory and defeat, unspeakable victory and defeat, and untold victory and defeat are completely left in the confines of the Universe. Victory and defeat and all analogs of the two lose all meaning outside of the Universe.
