Hall of Champions is where the Suicide Kings reside. It is here that the Cosmic Ladder comes to an end. It is here where the Cosmic Ladder postulates that the Suicide Kings antecedes all manifested, unmanifested conditioned, I AM. The Suicide Kings, as it stands, are the only ones that can enter the Hall of Champions because of their power… if you can even call it that anymore.  

The Eternal Cause — dimly formulated in the “Unconscious” and “Unknowable” of all philosophies — which is the rootless root of “all that was, is, or ever shall be” cannot reach the Hall of Champions.

The Hall of Champions is of course devoid of all attributes and is by necessity... without any relation to manifested or unmanifested Prophecy Cosmic Ladder. This is a truly inaccessible layer that the Limits of Power have no hope of reaching.
