Hmmm... a Voyager being a baby momma to a lesser being?!? Was the impregnation and birth of the child instantaneous? Why couldn't the Voyager conceptually materialize the child/ baby? Is the baby momma one of the full complete Voyagers or just a sub-concept abstract of a Voyager?...Its such ways to give greater story credibility to the level of Voyagers above just their brilliantly incredulous abilities. I ask these questions as a fan playing 'devil's advocate' because those are the same questions haters will push. Hopefully, those questions were addressed in the books

1. To put it simply, when you can do everything and anything, this is just one of the many possibilities of anything. She found Sincere to be interesting, and this is the story that she's playing with. It's no different than a Supreme Being creating nothingness, possibility, and totality.

I am not saying the Voyagers should not be "around" ... But I believe they would carry more literary weight of appeal if they were more shrouded in mystique, mystery and mysticism that is peeled slowly. But when they are used callously (with all due respect) like any casual character they loose the intrigue that is perfectly fitting to who and what they are especially at that level on the top of cosmological ladder. This is how Lovecraftian works have been able to live on long after he died and other People can still make more stories within the same verse using that intrigue that maintain the ongoing cycle of its weight of appeal to readers. Please note that i confess to speak ignorant of all the exact details of the stories and plots of Heir to the Stars.... However i very much HOPE were addressed in the books.

1. I wasn't implying that they should not be around. My apologies if it came out that way.
2. The Voyagers are BARELY even shown. It's the fandom that places way more emphasis on them than what actually exists in the literary works.
3. They aren't used almost at all. There is no narrative of them being used as a casual character lol You barely see them. You can have my whole archive of stories and literally be like, where are they?

"... portray an omniverse"...? Uuhm.... If characters are beyond omniversal wouldn't the concept of omniverse no longer apply to them nor their scope of activity which is meta-omniversal at the very least?

1. I was just using an example. Omniverse is what came to mind.
2. It's not about what applies to them. Just because they are above something doesn't mean that they can't use it. Chris Spades is beyond Tier 5, but he still stepped into this reality to talk to the author and ate a hotdog.

"And giving someone power doesn't mean anything" Well, then why have it in the story if its meaningless? ... Just saying. Because that act creates a literary foundation on which further stories and/or plot direction develop and literarily tethers the power giver being to the power receiver being. This is the connection/ relation through the endowment of power establishes meaning NOT the powers itself. I understand that that the verse and beings within have and can repeatedly change, alter and retro-reverse itself differently every time as u have said. Power is simply one tool used to convey meaning including victory and defeat where power could be inclusive or not.

Why and should the Alex Victory power have meaning? It was created by a Voyager and bestowed upon Alex after he won a tournament that made him CHAMPION of the world. But the "power" carries more than this through questions like... Why did Alex want that power? Why did the Voyager create that power to be given? Given how powerful the Voyagers are... Was the tournament a ruse of free will whereby they had already chosen Alex to be given the power? If so, why and to do what with it? If there was no intent for the purpose of that power then why was the champion of the world tournament created in the first place? As u can clearly see.... All that rotates around the power which was bestowed on Alex which gives that power more meaning beyond just its abilities but also to the characters, beings involved and how the story unfolded going forward where the power is used. I hope this is helpful is some way, its just my opinion.

1. What is meaningful to you may be meaningless to someone else.
2. What power is to The Chaos Queen might be insignificant, but to you, it may be everything.
3. I did give you a link to look at. Power is at the bottom of the Limits of Power system that is used. This is why I said it's virtually meaningless beyond Tier 8.
4. Victory and Defeat are merely names, terms, and essence that can easily be reduced to void. They don't have much weight beyond Tier 8.
5. Your last paragraph... Okay, so here's the thing that you have to realize, and it happens quite a lot. I have a large number of artifacts with Supreme Power. However, at any point, they can be rendered useless in front of the right opponent. There are titles in HttS that are on the same page. Alex Victory gets a lot of shine, despite his limited number of appearances as well. There are plenty of questions about him, but there are limited answers at the moment. None of the stories are finished. But I'll say this if you simply ignore what victory and defeat are, his "power" is only what? If you change the definition of victory and defeat, what is his power? What if you were in Aeirs Ending, where concepts don't exist because of what it is, or notions of victory are inapplicable?
6. Just because he was awarded the World Title and granted this essence from a Voyager, doesn't mean anything if he can't even touch the surface of what it really is. What if his power was simply a bad joke? What if his power had conditions that he has to surpass but doesn't realize it? His power has been shown in one cosmic hierarchy. What happens if he steps into Aeirs Ending or Prophecy or one of the other 22 Cosmic Hierarchies that I have? The Voyager isn't exactly talking to him or told him what his power was. Why did they give him a power and not a suggs or suggslogic?
7. Again, his story is just starting. There is so much more to what's come for numerous characters.
