Tier System

To see the elaborate version, go to the Wikia.

The following is an ample synopsis of the hierarchical system which this Heir to the Stars utilizes in order to properly categorize and index its characters and philosophies and entities based on the scale of their limits of power.

Please keep in mind that “Possibility and Nothingness Competence” and “Bounds of Outcome” are some of the most principal ways to meet the criteria for a particular tier, but they are not the only ones. For illustration, affecting a character with a certain level of Durability and Resistance also allows another character to qualify for the corresponding tier.

Additionally, it should be noted that characters from a higher tier are not essentially unconquerable to denizens of lower tiers, as certain powers and abilities can potentially bypass the dissimilarity in potency totally, allowing the latter to contend with, or overpower such characters.

It is also important to know that the difference between the low, middle, high, and top bounds of a given tier is particularly erratic and can be entirely colossal in scale. Consequently, being far more potent than a character that belongs to a certain tier does not essentially qualify one for a higher rank.

Tier 8 encompasses The First Floor and encompasses the end of Abstractions (Mathematics), Number Concepts, Sequences, Sets, Inaccessible Cardinals, Levels, Infinity, Eternity, Possibility, Nothingness, and Totalities. Characters at the high end are beyond All scaling and definition.

High Tier characters represent nothingness and the opposite of that, which is Complete fullness. Perfection in every respect. They are beyond space – any transfictional modern theories of space as well. They are the picture of a being that is a boundless space filled with the maximum amount of power and intelligence and transcendence and everything else that it can hold, stretching quite literally beyond infinite hierarchies of infinity. Additionally, the characters here transcend fundamental dual principles and pataphysical concepts on a basic level, completely transcending all non-universal dual qualities, and exist beyond duality on all possible and theoretical impossible levels.

Top Tier characters in Tier 8 have a fathomless existence, as all information, knowledge, history, origin, etc., is either totally unknown or a complete mystery. Looking up their history, how they came to be, what allowed them to exist in the first place, or even if they exist would prove impossible. It’s impossible to categorize them in any way, including whether or not they’re alive/living, dead, undead, amortal, undetermined, self-created, non-created, or possibly something else entirely even if they’re a human, valkyrie, deus ex machina, spirit, beast/monster, dragon, etc. If they even have a history or origin of some kind, then it cannot be traced or understood by anybody/anyone or anything. They are beings whose existence is inside or outside of the system with no rhyme or reason.

Tier 7 encompasses The Second, Third Floor, and Fourth Floors primarily. Once this tier is reached, abilities and modes become passive, transcendentally active, and persist in a state of retrocausality.

This Tier can only be reached by characters who are beyond free agency, beyond what logic, metalogic, absolute sets, and meta-concepts can be said to contain. This Tier can only be reached by characters who completely transcend all forms of logic and metalogic that can be expressed (as this very sentence fails to truly express them) and can only be barely described as trying to use thorough and precise definitions will fail.

Tier 7 characters are passively (retrocausality) actively connected with meta-absolute qualities such as being boundlessly and infinitely indomitable and impossible in absolutely every aspect, being so far removed from the rest of existence and nonexistence that their essence makes for a completely unique state of being; one that has never existed before and will never exist again. They cannot be mirrored nor encompassed by anyone or anything, perpetually omni-locked in uninterrupted disobedience to All, The All, and THE ALL. They can be present within the system while absent of its rules. The foundation, nature, and range of their abilities casually defy rules, from the laws of physics to metaphysics to pataphysics to Realm Reborn Red, allowing them to become free from the bonds of fate, destiny, and necessity and are unbounded to all alterations and restrictions.

Tier 7 characters are never-changing and passive since they exist on the top of everything and nothing. They have surpassed the scope of functioning beyond all scopes, as they exist independently from the entirety of everything. Tier 7 characters are eternally the source of perfection of all kinds.

This is the level at which characters are affecting a Fortress.

Tier 6 brings an end to all of the Floors of Heir to the Stars. This is the expression in which characters are probably affecting the HttS chain on a collective scale. At this tier, Beings are boundlessly above absolutely everything, including principles of existence and nonexistence, possibility, totality, causality, dualism and nondualism, the concepts of being, and their analogs at any level.

Tier 5 is where the Lion’s Den sits.

Tier 4 brings a higher echelon of status, as if you have reached this Tier (middle), you can effortlessly wipe out the entirety of Heir to the Stars cosmology in its most complete and ever transcending master state.

To paint a picture in terms of Branches of Philosophy, Pataphysics to Xenedraphysics is effectively the Heir to the Stars cosmology. Tier 8 to Tier 4 is the collection of the Cosmic Ladder.

Characters at this point are always more eternally transcendentally superior than what is proposed, but they still have a colossal boundless level of power (if it can even be called that) that is absolutely inaccessible indescribably unable to be touched upon through any expression.

Tier 3 effectively is the branch where it is pointless to try and explain. The characters are now beyond the understanding of Heir to the Stars.

Tier 2 is effectively what it is.

Tier 1 is the highest of Tiers. This is where the highest of philosophies and powers are used.

The characters of this Tier are so far beyond completely everything mentioned beforehand that the mere argument of their power is invalid. Their power extends to every other trait of their being. Their existence and nonexistence literally break the logic and metalogic of everything before. To paint a picture, they are beyond every model, theory, notion, perception, perspective, impression, and concept (just painting a picture since all of this effectively doesn’t exist to them in the sense that it does to us) that could anchor them, even transcendent boundlessness and whatever is beyond the beyond as well.

Tier 0 is the representation of always a bigger fish.
